Create a Neon Seascape

Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 August, 10.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30 to 3.30pm, drop in, suggested donation £2

Draw an underwater world in neon crayons and fill it with fluorescent fish, sparkling starfish, luminous lobsters and your own imaginary creatures. Play Day in the Park

Belmont Park, Gordon Road, Exeter, EX1 2DH

Dive under the water on an imaginary voyage of discovery inspired by RAMM’s Sea Life exhibition. The Carousel Project excites the senses for under-fives and their families. Play Day in the Park offers arts, crafts, storytelling and music.

Create a Lego™ sea creature, design a badge, make an underwater scene on a lightbox and a rockpool out of fuzz’n’felt. Then take a closer look at real sea creatures, shells and fossils through a digital microscope.

Ancient Egyptian Activities

Help with a re-enactment of the mummification of Shep en-Mut. Have a go at the addictive Ancient Egyptian game of Senet. Join the Scribe School and learn how to write hieroglyphs. Under 5s free. Courtyard
