Discover the fairy tale story of The Nutcracker through sparkling displays and decorations around the atmospheric house tucked away in the Devonshire countryside. Let your imagination run wild and spot glittering nutcrackers, giant overflowing boxes of sweets and flower garlands undulating from high ceilings. Do not miss the last chance to glimpse our Nature of Fashion exhibition before the New Year and come and meet Father Christmas in his traditional Victorian green on selected days as he visits Killerton to experience the magic of Christmas.

Wrap up warm and get outdoors exploring Killerton’s historic garden and parkland just outside of Exeter in a whole new light with extended opening on Fridays and Saturdays in December. Explore the festive family trail wondering around our garden and push open the heavy wooden door into our atmospheric chapel to find our Community Christmas trees decorated by local groups and schools.

There are various activities on offer throughout the festive season. Check www.nationaltrust.org.uk/christmasatkillerton to see what is taking place each day so as not to miss out on any of this year’s wonderful festivities.
