Mindfulness is a simple non-religious meditation technique that is accessible to everyone.

Sessions at being held for 7 weeks at The Museum of Barnstaple & North Devon, The Square, Barnstaple, EX32 8LN.

In the relaxed and informal environment of the museum qualified practitioners will introduce the simple practice of sitting mindfully. Each meeting will include 2 periods of 20 minutes sitting meditation.

Drop-in sessions will run from 7pm until 8.30 pm on Thursdays from 12/02/2015. Cost is subsidised by Devon Adult and Community Learning and is just £2.00 per person
