Crownhill Fort March 2023 open day, ADULT

This e-ticket admits one person aged 16 and over to the open day taking place at Crownhill Fort on Saturday 18th March 2023 between 11.30am and 3.30pm. Our terms of sale are below, please read before purchasing.

TICKETS
Once payment has been made you must complete the order process for electronic tickets to be generated. Please bring a copy of this email with you on the day; you can show this on a device when you arrive or you can print a copy if you prefer. Physical tickets will not be sent by post.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The event will proceed regardless of the weather conditions on the day. If we have to cancel the event due to extenuating circumstances or a change in Government guidelines you will receive a full refund. Otherwise tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred without notifying the Landmark Trust office at the Fort at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event.

CAR PARKING
If you wish to park a vehicle during this event you will require a car park ticket which is sold separately. The parking area is approximately 100 metres from the entrance and vehicles are parked at your own risk.
We are keen to encourage sustainable transport so bicycles can be parked for free and electric bicycles can be recharged at no cost. Crownhill Fort runs very close to several bus routes serving most areas of the city.

REFRESHMENTS AND CATERING
The Hope Coffee Van has confirmed their attendance at this event. We hope to have another vendor on site; please see announcements on our website and social media for updates.

MUSEUM DISPLAYS
The museum displays house one of the UK’s finest collections of military artefacts and give an insight in to military life in the Forts heyday. These are open for self-guided exploration.

GROUNDS
The ramparts will be open throughout the event. The lawns in front of the Officers Quarters are not accessible to visitors.

GUN FIRING
Please be aware that gun firing will take place throughout the event. All firing will be preceded by a whistle or verbal call.

PERSONAL DATA
Your contact details will be stored securely and deleted after the event when they are no longer required. We will only share your data with Government agencies (including HMRC and ‘Test and Trace’), devonmuseums.net (the site used to manage ticket sales) and Paypal (for processing payments).
