Holiday opening hours applicable from Easter to end of October. Admission is free except for special single exhibitions. The Gallery is on level ground with no steps and the Museum on the first floor is accessible by lift. The Coffee Shop serves morning coffee, full lunches and a tempting assortment of homemade cakes and all food is prepared on the premises. Gluten free and vegetarian meals are available. Opening hours are the same as the Gallery's. The Gallery is an ideal place to meet up with friends or to relax after shopping.

The Burton Art Gallery and Museum is located in Kingsley Road, Bideford, adjacent to Victoria Park. There is a car park just 100 yards away, next to the Tourist Information Centre on the bank of the River Torridge
