A six-week course developing skills to help deal with stressful situations and the demands of everyday life. Designed to offer a range of mindfulness practices, this course aims to foster wellbeing, joy and compassion. There will be opportunities to engage mindfully with the Hiroshige exhibition, stimulating investigations into the perception of looking, seeing, watching and receiving. No prior knowledge is necessary. In order to experience the positive impact of mindfulness practice, a firm commitment to the course and home practice is desired.
