Many people do not realise that Allhallows Museum is run entirely by volunteers and this award endorses all of the hard work that they do. The MLA’s Accreditation scheme sets a hallmark of quality for visitors and users of museum services in areas of care and documentation of collections, how they are governed and managed and on the information and services we offer to users. We hope that this recognition will generate opportunities that will allow us to continue to develop the services we provide“.
