The Centre shop offers many items of local and historical interest, including videos and books. The Centre?s own illustrated and informative walking maps cover the best local trails amid breathtaking scenery.
National Trust guided walks, tractor and trailer rides and talks relating to the marine environment are available during the summer months.
'The Friends of Mortehoe Heritage Centre' - hold talks, film shows and social events periodically during the winter months. (These events are advertised through the village magazine www.parish-pump.co.uk ) Membership is open to all and provides unlimited free entry to the museum and an annual newsletter. Application forms are available from the Centre.

The Heritage Centre is only accessible via the ?pay & display? car park.
The village of Mortehoe is some 15 miles from Barnstaple and 7 miles from Ilfracombe.
It lies on the peninsular of Morte Point and is surrounded on three sides by the Coastal Path. Woolacombe beach is 1 mile to the south-west.
