The Museum opens on Easter Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Then is open from May 1st to October 31st. We also open on a Sunday afternoon BUT only during August (the school summer holidays). However, if you have a group who wish to visit the Museum either during the 'open season' or during the winter shut down you can contact us by email or telephone to arrange a mutually convenient time. Please bear in mind that the Museum is run by volunteer staff so please be patient if you don't hear back from us straight away.

Sun: 2.00pm to 4.30pm during August only

At the current time we unfortunately have no lift to enable disabled persons to access the upper floors. There are, however, DVD's which cover a variety of subjects and can be viewed in our Maritime Room at ground floor level.
Also the Shop is on the ground floor.

We are opposite Teignmouth Railway Station at the junction of Hollands Road and French Street just off the Triangle end of the town centre.
