Teignmouth & Shaldon Museum - Teign Heritage
Opening Times of Teignmouth and Shaldon Museum From: Thu 1st May 2008 To: Fri 31st Oct 2008
From 1 May we are open to the public from 10.00 am until 4.30 pm., then on each weekday and Saturdays until 31 October.
You may have heard that we have been fortunate enough to be granted Heritage Lottery Funding. We can now start planning our long-awaited Annexe to the Museum.
We shall be open this year, but 2008 may be the last year the Museum will be open before the new building work starts.
If you are visiting Teignmouth and Shaldon, or live close by, can we suggest that, even if you have never yet visited the Museum, you come in to have a look around and also see our exciting new display “Beside The Seaside”. Come on in - the water's great.
See how people enjoyed the beauty of Teignmouth and its beaches and lovely walks. Also view some of the saucy postcards and bathing beauties of their day.
There is, of course, much more to see on all three levels of the museum some of which are described on our website.
Entry is only £2.00 per Adult and escorted Children come in for free.
