The Museum is closed from Christmas Day to New Year's Day inclusive.

We are open throughout the year, including  Bank Holidays. There is full wheelchair access to the ground floor and a stairlift to the remaining displays. We offer an object identification service and particularly welcome reports of archaeological finds in Northern Devon.

The Museum is the red brick building on the Square, at the end of the Long Bridge. Limited parking is available and there are public car parks nearby.
