Dawlish Christmas Market WOW, - Dawlish Museum
Added: 09 December 2013
Sunday saw The Strand at Dawlish closed for the annual Christmas market. The museum was lucky enough to get a very good couple of pitches and set up a total of eight tables. Predominantly the glassware but also local history books, paperbacks and bric a brac. The glassware raised a great amount of interest and sales were brisk to say the least with several customers coming back later in the day to buy more. The glassware raised the grand total of £601- 75 and the rest was £157-04. So the total raised was £758 - 79! I think that can be called a great success, especially when added to the £1075 we took at Westpoint the previous weekend.Latest news
