In partnership with the national 'Away from the Western Front' project, our 'Holy Lands' exhibition focuses on The Battle of El Foka, 3rd December 1917 which was the biggest engagement of the Palestine campaign and the biggest single loss of life for the regiment during the First World War with over three hundred casualties.
