Crownhill Fort 'Join a Tour' , Sat 2nd Dec

This e-ticket admits one person aged 6 and above to 'Join a Tour' at Crownhill Fort on Saturday 2nd December at 10am. Our terms of sale are below, please read before purchasing. Under 5s do not require a ticket and under 17s must be accompanied by someone aged 18 years or above.

FORMAT OF THE EVENT
The event will start at 10am with an introduction to Crownhill Fort and its role within the wider Plymouth Defences. This will be followed by a visit to a recreated barracks and a walking tour of the rampart. After a short break we will take the group below ground and highlight some of the defensive features in the depths of the Fort. The tour will conclude with firing of a Field Gun on the Parade Ground and finish around midday.

TICKETS
Once payment has been made you must complete the order process for electronic tickets to be generated. Please bring a copy of this email with you on the day; you can show this on a device when you arrive or you can print a copy if you prefer. Physical tickets will not be sent by post.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The event will proceed regardless of the weather conditions on the day. If we have to cancel the event due to extenuating circumstances or a change in Government guidelines you will receive a full refund. Otherwise tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred without notifying the Landmark Trust office at the Fort at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event.

CAR PARKING
Your admission ticket includes parking for one vehicle. We are keen to encourage sustainable transport, Crownhill Fort is very close to several bus routes and secure indoor cycle parking can be provided if required.

REFRESHMENTS AND CATERING
There are no refreshments on sale at this event.

PERSONAL DATA
Your contact details will be stored securely and deleted after the event when they are no longer required. We will only share your data with Government agencies (including HMRC and ‘Test and Trace’), devonmuseums.net (the site used to manage ticket sales) and Paypal (for processing payments).
