Nature and the Wild Storytelling - RAMM

Be curious about the natural world with these wonderful tales of the wild. Join storyteller Lisa Schneidau as she delves into a world of traditional stories that connect us with nature. From wolves to beavers, plants to trees immerse yourself in a world of stories that explore how we can help nature to thrive.

Different stories will be told at each session through the day. All children to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, however you only need to buy a ticket for the children attending.

14.45 – 16.00

Nature inspired creative story session

Lisa’s storytelling session at 14.00 will be followed by a creative story session. Join in with story games and be a part of a collective nature inspired story creation. This part of the session will require you to buy an additional ticket and has limited spaces available. Please make sure to buy this on the day.

Lisa Schneidau is a storyteller and author based in Devon. She seeks out, and shares, traditional stories about the land and our complex relationship with it, and works with creative storytelling to help us connect with nature and landscape. She is a founder member of South Devon Storytellers and runs Dartmoor Storytellers. Lisa is the author of four books: English Folk Tales of Coast and Sea, River Folk Tales of Britain and Ireland, Woodland Folk Tales of Britain and Ireland and Botanical Folk Tales of Britain and Ireland (all History Press).
