Experience the sights and sounds of country living as you walk through a reconstructed Devon farmhouse from 1860, wonder at the prehistoric artefacts excavated from nearby Kent's Cavern or become an explorer on our interactive trail.
In the Agatha Christie gallery, detect the real-life story behind the world-famous crime writer, who was born in Torquay.There's a programme of temporary exhibitions as well as children's activities during the school holidays.

The Museum is usually open throughout the year. Easy access to the Museum and all the public galleries and facilities is provided via a ramp, lift and chair lift. We offer an enquiry and identification service and researchers are welcome by prior arrangement. Special guided tours for group visits are encouraged. There is object handling and sensory experiences for the visually impaired.
