Join us for an evening with Michael Caines MBE, and explore an issue that affects us all – where our food comes from and how we must transform our menus for a more sustainable future.

Michael is one of Britain’s most celebrated chefs and chief patron of the award-winning Lympstone Manor. He has earned a global reputation for his distinctive modern cuisine that seamlessly blends the finest local ingredients with international influences.

From his early days training under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons to his time spent honing his craft with Bernard Loiseau and Joël Robuchon in France, Michael’s journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Following the loss of his right arm in a life-changing car accident, he returned to the kitchen within two weeks and went on to achieve two Michelin stars at Gidleigh Park, which he retained for 18 years.

This event is free but booking is essential and donations are appreciated.
