The Society of the Museum of Exmouth Annual General Meeting 2018. We will elect officers and a Chairperson to the management committee for the forthcoming year and read out the Chairman's Report, the Secretary's Report and the Financial Report.

All volunteers and members of the management committee may vote. The general public is welcome to attend but may not vote. This year we are adding a discussion slot for general questions which will be restricted in time to allow as many people as possible to have their say. As people may know the Museum is under threat of closure at present as we are required to buy the building we have rented for some time from South West Water.
