This concert brings together three of Britain’s most distinguished musicians for a programme including three rarely heard masterpieces.
Robert Plane’s hugely varied career has seen concerto appearances in Europe, Asia and the USA while Richard Lester is a leading chamber-musician, solo-cellist, orchestral principal and renowned teacher. Benjamin Frith has recorded 17 solo discs and performed with many of the great orchestras and conductors and a former winner of the Busoni International Piano and the Arthur Rubinstein International Piano competitions.
