Pixies, ghosts, giants, sea serpents, Greek heroes, and the Devil: all have made appearances in our county. Are they simply traditional stories that we once regarded as true but which are now discredited and should be dismissed? Or do our local legends have meanings and origins we can understand, and are we still creating myths in new ways? Dr Kevin Dixon introduces some old and new Devon legends in this wander around the county in search of the stories we tell ourselves.
This is a fundraising event for the Museum's 'What's in Store' project. Book your ticket here.
