Join us for a relaxed visit to our exhibition: By Royal Appointment: Devon lace-makers. This show celebrates local craftspeople, including those who clothed the Victorian royal family. It features the dress worn by actor Jenna Coleman in the TV series Victoria.
Treat yourself to a short slideshow on the history of Devon food, with a slice of Victoria sponge cake or a traditional cream tea. Chat about Exeter cafes through the centuries and discuss changing ideas about healthy eating.
These activities are suitable for people with mild to moderate memory problems and friends, relatives or carers.
Contact us to arrange a visit to your venue from trained staff with artefacts to see, hear and touch.
