Can you ever have too many bags? Not according to one Exeter-based collector, whose fascination with a bygone era of glamorous travel has led to this amazing collection of vintage box bags, vanity cases and homemade bags from the last century. Most of these bags are still regularly used by their current owner, who likes to wonder about the adventures they have seen and the secrets they have contained. The bags’ time on display at RAMM is just a short and restful interlude in their colourful lives.
