A la Ronde Unwrapped - A la Ronde
By: Nicola Perryman
Added: 07 February 2013
A la Ronde will be open and unwrapped from Saturday 9 February 2013.
Come along and see the house in all it's spendor following the winter clean.
This fascinating house will inspire those with an interest in architecture, interior design and crafts. The home was built on the instructions of two spinster cousins following a grand tour of Europe. The house is hexadecagonal in shape. The 16 sides were built in such a way as to follow the sun around during the day, making the most of the available light.
The A la Ronde volunteers will be back at the helm of this estuary home and eager to share their knowledge with you.
Come along and see for yourself a day in the light of A la Ronde.
Please see the main listing for full opening times.
