Ruth is a contemporary painter and visual artist based in North Devon. Her work explores the local landscapes that she enjoys exploring.
Taking inspiration from Turner’s dramatic sea paintings, come and have a go at replicating a Turner inspired waves, or try your hand at creating a sunset or sunrise inspired by some of Turners paintings and sketches.
Turner not only responded to the land and sea but he also did many self-portraits, so if painting a scene is not your thing…why not create your very own turner inspired portrait!
Two drop in sessions from 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 4pm.
