Nothing says 'celebration' like bunting and flags! Join us during May half term to cut, colour, stitch and decorate triangles to add to our bunting ribbon, before coming in to see it on display between 2-5 June. Or, make a flag to wave as the nation marks the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. We'll be using our ‘Dress Code - Fashion Stories from The Box’ exhibition for inspiration. We will provide materials but please feel free to bring any old fabric remnants that you'd like to re-purpose in with you.
Admission is free and there's no need to book in advance. Drop in for as little or as long as you like.
Our Platinum Jubilee activities are supported by The National Archives’ Archive Testbed Fund.
