Heritage Assets open day - Newton Abbot Museum
By: Felicity Cole
Added: 15 June 2016
The Passmore Edwards Centre kindly opened their computer suite for the museum to run a two day Heritage Assets open day in June.
Museum staff and volunteers were on hand to talk to the community to find out about the heritage assets that they value within the town, that are not currently listed. If they fit the criteria, they will be added to the Town Council's Heritage Asset list.
Bill Horner, the County Archaeologist, was available on both days to explain the Devon County Council Heritage Gateway website project.
