Laurence Beckford -Master wood carver demonstrates his skills to a captivated audience.
Laurence Beckford demonstrated his wood carving skills to an enraptured audience on the 26th July.
40 people enjoyed chatting to Laurence, he showed them which tools he used for each type of carving, from big tools to very fine ones for delicate intricate designs. He also gave a chatty presentation explaining how he first came to work with Herbert Reed in Exeter as young man.
