Museum Refurbishment Now Complete - Britannia Museum, Britannia Royal Naval College

The refurbishment of the museum has now been completed and the museum room has been updated and redecorated with the assistance of money raised from the donation of 150 swords from Windlass Steel Crafts, who produced the Britannia sword.
Alongside the make-over of the Britannia Museum room itself there has been a redesigned logo and the watermark on all the exhibition display boards incorporates the Naval Core Values of Courage, Commitment, Discipline, Respect for Others, Integrity and Loyalty, familiar to those in the Royal Navy as C2DRIL.
The museum has an important role within the college, not only in preserving the history of this great establishment but also to support and inspire those in training by providing a sense of the heritage and tradition that is part of the very fabric of the Royal Navy.
