North Devon is home to a host of cutting edge and high tech businesses serving global markets. In this exhibition, we aim to redefine the perception of North Devon as a place only of agriculture and tourism. While boasting expertise in both those areas, there’s so much more going on beneath the surface - including many exciting and overlooked pathways for young people into local businesses that are dedicated to creating products of global quality and reach. Come and be inspired by the extent of local ambition and innovation!
Curated in collaboration with Cllr Mark Haworth-Booth, Chair of the Museum of Barnstaple and North Devon’s Advisory Board and Honorary Research Fellow at the Victoria and Albert Museum, the exhibition showcases North Devon-based companies including Kremple and Ecotribo.
