New for 2020! Take time out of a busy day to balance your mind and body, within the beautiful and inspiring surroundings of the museum. These sessions take place once a month and offer a different style of yoga each time.

Vinyasa flow yoga with Jules Yount

This practice teaches you to glide from movement to movement with a heightened sense of awareness while improving strength and flexibility. The Vinyasa flow practice clears toxins and promotes cardiovascular and respiratory health leaving you calm and centred. All levels of experience welcome including beginners as modifications will be offered so students can tailor their practice.

These classes are run in association with the Lotus Loft and offer an opportunity to try different styles of yoga with experienced teachers.

Some mats are available on the day but if possible please bring your own.
