Using a selection of old maps, you will be creating an unusual ‘Victorian’ butterfly collection for your wall.

Skylark FM is the most unusual radio station that you have ever encountered! A continuous broadcast across Dartmoor of the sounds of nature, wildlife, ambient noise, people speaking and original music - all recorded by the public. In this workshop you will record sounds around Newton's Place that will contribute to the station’s output.

Animal Masks

We are hoping for a carnival of animals at the end of this magnificient mask making workshop. Using cardboard, fake fur, feathers and lots of lovely art materials you can create all sorts of birds and animal masks.
