More Fund Raising Activity - Dawlish Museum
Added: 29 August 2013
The museum had a good sized stall at the Rotary Club Community Fete held on The Lawn, Dawlish on August 22nd. (See the photos on our Flickr Galley further down the web page) The event was well supported by townspeople and visitors alike. In excess of £700 was raised thanks to the efforts of the volunteers and the especially effective Quiz Seller - he's probably earned himself a permanent position!
The Shades of Silk Glassware looked stunning in the sunshine and attracted many of the public to our stall. This gave us the chance to raise awareness of the museum as well as make money.
