New art project for Exeter city centre residents

Added: 11 March 2013
This City’s Centre: Devon-based artist collective Blind Ditch is looking for Exeter residents to be involved in a new media project inspired by the views from the windows of 20 Exeter homes. A contemporary portrait of an English rural city, the project will happen in and between the homes, streets and vistas of Exeter city centre and explore the tensions between public, private and privatised public space.
Blind Ditch is inviting people to work with them to share the views from their windows and their thoughts and feelings about them. Part of the project will be a video installation which will be on show in the Courtyard at RAMM during summer 2013.
To find out more about taking part visit www.blindditch.org or email contact@blindditch.org.
This City’s Centre is supported by the National Lottery through Arts Council England and Exeter City Council and delivered in partnership with RAMM, Exeter City Council, Exeter Phoenix and Exeter College.
