Any queries are hopefully rectified on the answer sheet and please note question 52 was void as the incorrect number of letters was given.(The person responsible has been locked in a dark room to contemplate their misdemeanour! )

Thank you for taking part in the quiz, out of 32 completed forms only one was correct and the winner is Mr David Burrows of Dawlish. there were a few questions that confused; 8] Computer giant at the top was Gateshead i.e. Bill Gates; not Appledore. 32] Fastening on a shed was Barnstable, many thought of Boltongate. 57] The battle and town was Waterlooville although we had a good selection of other battles.
