During the winter closure work continues at the museum. Visitors in 2012 will discover that the Victorian shop has been professionally conserved and the exhibits rearranged for better viewing. The work has been carried out by Diana Reeves (Fellow of the British Association of Paintings Conservator-Restorers) and Gillian Watkins (Higher Diploma in Woodcarving and Gilding).
