Blooming Marvellous; a brief (!) history of underwear - Tiverton Museum of Mid Devon Life

The exhibition will provide fun for all the family with dressing up and a chance to see some of our costume collection that is not normally on display.

This exhibition will briefly explain the development of underwear and show some of the many and varied ways women and men have used undergarments to cover, reveal, build up, flatten down and generally change the human body.  From flannel to flimsies, busks to brassieres, all of life is here, prepare to be frilled!

Entry to this exhibition will cost £1 for adults and accompanying children are free.
