Resources available
If you want a visit to your Nursery or Pre-School group this can be arranged with our Education Team
We offer enjoyable talks to visiting schools, colleges and groups. Then the teachers can walk around the Museum with their groups visiting the Sea or Shore Galleries.
One of our popular themes for schools or groups is about the seaside and holidays in Victorian times. Another is our World War II Experience. There are more so just let us know what subject would be suitable and we will do our best for you,
We hope you agree that learning can be fun too.
Our strengths
Our Education Team, whilst volunteers, have all taught children of various ages. Once you have contacted them they will meet to discuss how they can best benefit your group and make the visit interesting and enjoyable.
All key stages and age groups are welcome.
Our artefacts are based on the history of Teignmouth and Shaldon and what a story they tell.
